On 28th November, the Coach and Director of ESCOACHING, Ms. Susana Fernández-Casla provided this workshop at Rey Juan Carlos University (Spain).
The purpose of this workshop was to facilitate the development and application of the 5 main coaching skills and tools to enhance the capacity to work with different stakeholders (beneficiaries, donnors, counterparts etc.) within the humanitarian and international cooperation sector.
During this 4 hours-workshop, participants from Spain, Brazil, Italy, China and Colombia, identified the key competencies for humanitarian staff and international cooperation arena .
Self-evaluation exercises, tools and coaching skills were applied to a final high-perfomance exercise where creativity and flexibility was key factor to look for solutions.
Thank you very much to all participants and thanks once again to Rey Juan Carlos University and the Master of International Cooperation and Development in Latin America to incorporate this training focused on coaching into their academic program for international cooperation professionals.
